Before using CNB Telephone Banking for the first time, you will need a Personal Identification Number (PIN). Please call customer service at 888-322-1088 and you will be set up with a temporary PIN. The first time you access Telebanc, please change your PIN to a new four-digit number that only you know. Also, please have your account numbers available.
